The Alabama Theatre is a movie palace in Birmingham, Alabama. It was built in 1927 by Paramount's Publix Theatre chain as its flagship theater for the southeastern region of the United States. The Alabama and its historic organ were added to the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage on February 15, 1977 and to the National Register of Historic Places on November 13, 1979.

Hi, I'm Tracy Brock and glad to be part of the great collection of photographers with Fine Art America. I am a Birmingham, Alabama self taught photographer with hopes of bringing to the public photos that provoke thought, joy, and inspiration. As a photographer it is my goal to capture life moments to inspire, encourage, bring hope, and renew joy, tranquility, and peace. I've always taken snapshots but I am transitioning to a portrait photographer.
